Lexie Schuh

Lexie L. Schuh has been Vice-President of Barge Properties Management Co., Ltd. since January 1993. She brings over 30 years experience in property management and is currently responsible for 17 properties comprising 3,300 units and 65 employees.

Prior to coming to Barge Properties Management Co., Ltd., she was a District Property Manager for Commonwealth Pacific, where she also served as Marketing Director for the Southwest Division.

Ms. Schuh has received both CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association and is currently completing the CPM designation with the Institute in Real Estate Management. She continues to serve as an instructor in the CAM program teaching Management, Finance and Human Relation courses.
